The hotel location was great as it was next to premium shopping complex. The room was clean and the towels was in good condition and very clean too. The service and friendliness of the hotel staff was awesome and outstanding. I was impressed with Ms Anny Zhang (Front Office Manager) helpfulness and service. She even help to pay for my airport taxi fare as my Alipay got some problem when I arrived airport. It will be my only hotel I will stay when I visited Qingdao again. Thank you Anny.

Great location on the water front, staff were amazing and very accommodating for me as I did not speak mandarin. Appreciate all the effort to help me with Taxis and other things. Gym was great. Breakfast spread was very good, although could be more vegetarian options. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved it here.

The location is right at the center of Qingdao. You can find shopping mall, street food in walking distance. The receptionist didnt speak english but they tried really hard to help you with anything you need. Lu Yao - the receptionist was so so nice, she helped me to book a taxi and even help me to pay by her app so we can get cheapest price. Everyone is so friendly too. The room was spacious, buffet breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Apart from the neatness of the hotel, the staff are super friendly despite the language barrier. A particular guy stood out among them Lorrian, he made me feel at home as he bridge the language barrier and did everything to make me feel comfortable. It was a 5 star experience

Location, room condition was excellent. Most of all, I loved their hospitality especially from Susie, duty manager. She also shared her WeChat and kept checking if our stay is fine. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese, I loved this because the fact that there is someone I can contact with in case of emergency was such a relief.
