The hotel is in the most interesting and busy area of Shanghai. Both the concierge part and the reception part are 10. Very humane and close treatment. One of the best hotels without a doubt. 100% recommended. In the face of any slight inconvenience they are here to help, even with personal means. The Chinese are special. My greatest respects. It's a fifth time we stayed in Shanghai and a fifth time we stayed at Indigo hotel on the Bund. Fantastic view on river and Pudong. And cozy room with Art Deco interior design . The new modern mall opposite of hotel where a lot of stores and restaurants . Pleasant clean area around the hotel. The Bund ... Never change this hotel to others for future trips in Shanghai.
