The Manager Ben did his best to make sure our early check-in request can be fulfilled. He and his team made us feel we were staying at home. The location is so central and it was easy to go everywhere. Loved our 2-bedroom apartment with balcony. All facilities are very fine. Even the scent smells so nice! It was such a bless to find this place to stay for our unforgettable 4 nights in Shanghai. They have a rooftop bar as well so it was easy to catch up with friends.

Everything was excellent. The room eas comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal, close to everything you might need, yet quiet and relaxing. Location is great, it was right in the city and a couple of blocks away from Nanjing Road. The appartment located above many local restaurants which we really enjoyed. We tried most of the restautants and all of them was good and authentic with reasonable price. The appartment layout was good and spacious. The staff was very helpful, i left my phone charger when check out, but Lemon was so kind to post the charger to another hotel we stayed in a different town.

The hotel was a 10/10. Everything was better than described! Staff were kind and helpful, the language barrier was never a problem. The room wasn’t the largest ever but fitted us perfectly and it had modernized amenities. This is a great hotel!!!
