It's very clean and the staff will do their best to make you feel comfortable. Very convenient location. The bed is very comfortable. Every morning they bring you to the room coffee and croissant including in the price.

We has really an excellent time at the Lemon Deluxe Room due to several reasons. First, its location closed to the main Nanjingstreet gives us easy access to everything from shopping, dinner, foot massage, etc. Next, the apartment with 2 bedrooms is well equipped and comfortable.
The excellent point is actually the hospitality and willingness to help of the lady owner who helped us to arrange safe and cheap transfer both from and to Pudong airport at only 300yuan. She also helped us to buy Shanghai team jerseys and extra baggage bags. Basically, she was "always available" to help us whatever we needed.
We would highly recommend this Shanghai Lemon Deluxe room to anyone wanting to have a memorable stay in Shanghai like us. We will definitely come back next time.

The hotel was a 10/10. Everything was better than described! Staff were kind and helpful, the language barrier was never a problem. The room wasn’t the largest ever but fitted us perfectly and it had modernized amenities. This is a great hotel!!!
