Stayed with two of my friends for 9 days, the room was great, breakfast was great also (the buffet is not the same everyday if you are wondering).
Staff was amazing with cleaning - we shopped quite a lot and with three people there are a lot of bags - cleaning staff took care of it everyday and cleaned the apartment overall perfectly.
The hotel's location was perfect for all of our activities - people's square metro just a few minutes down the road.
Overall liked our stay very much - would recommend!

Everything was great: Location (at the heart of the town, very close to metro line 2), big modern room, decent breakfast, but most of all the staff was so nice and helpful giving us also the opportunity of late checkout - till 17.00!!! Highly recommended!!!

This place was great, the apartment is modern clean and tidy and the host was very friendly and helpful with local experiences. The location is great for getting around the city and is a block away from 'The Peoples Square' which is a great place to find the branded shops and the crowds and the mall leads down to the 'Bund' for great city and river views. The host also has entry keys to the busy street below which is a great place for the Didi pick up or getting out and about on foot

The hotel was a 10/10. Everything was better than described! Staff were kind and helpful, the language barrier was never a problem. The room wasn’t the largest ever but fitted us perfectly and it had modernized amenities. This is a great hotel!!!
