Everything was excellent. The room eas comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal, close to everything you might need, yet quiet and relaxing. Superb location. Few minutes walking distance to the Nanjing Road East St. and 10-15 min walk to either The Bund or People Square.
Very friendly staff, very accommodating, and eager to help.
Space is tight but manageable for a few days if you book the two bunk-bed room with private bathroom and windows.
The room had clever storage solutions and plenty of sockets to plug in your devices.
I loved my stay at the hostel. Would highly recommend it if you are on a budget and don't require a lot of amenities from a proper hotel. Great value for money!!

We stayed at Shanghai Lemon Deluxe Room南京东路步行街 with our family and had an amazing experience. The location is absolutely perfect – just steps away from East Nanjing Road, with countless cafés, restaurants, and street food options all around.
The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very cozy, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The gated courtyard with a garden creates a peaceful and safe atmosphere, which we appreciated a lot.
Communication with the host was easy and pleasant, they were always ready to help and very responsive. The apartment is also very close to the metro station and within walking distance of major tourist attractions.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Shanghai!

I really liked the location (very central), the design of the rooms was nice, the rooms were very clean. This hotel offers free laundry and drying service, which is amazing.
On the last day of my check out, smth happened to my internet connection, so one of the guys working in the hotel helped me order a taxi to the airport, which I’m very thankful for.

The house was spacious and clean. It was well kept with enough facilities. The location was central and was convenient to travel to and fro from. There were also enough rooms and beds for my group. Enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again!

The hotel was a 10/10. Everything was better than described! Staff were kind and helpful, the language barrier was never a problem. The room wasn’t the largest ever but fitted us perfectly and it had modernized amenities. This is a great hotel!!!
