Our stay exceeded all expectations, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. The customer support team was outstanding - highly responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit.
The apartments themselves are excellent, offering significantly more space and amenities than traditional hotel rooms. Some need a bit of updating, but still beat a lot of 3-4 star hotels I stayed in in China or EU/US. The location is unbeatable, situated just a 5-minute walk from Nanjing Lu and the metro station, making exploration of the city effortless.
While the entrance to the apartment complex may differ from Western standards, the entry is very easy once they show you and the security measures are exemplary. The property benefits from security personnel and its location on a bustling street adds an extra layer of safety and convenience.
I highly recommend utilizing their airport pickup service. The value is excellent, particularly for groups or travelers with multiple pieces of luggage. This service sets the tone for the exceptional hospitality that defines the entire stay.
