I recently stayed at Shenzhen Raffles Hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their level of service and attention to detail. On the day of my birthday, my wife informed the hotel about the occasion, and the staff immediately went above and beyond to make the day special, preparing a surprise celebration in our room—completely free of charge. When I entered the room, I was delighted to see a beautifully decorated setup with balloons, a lovely birthday cake, and a thoughtful handmade card. Two wonderful staff members, Leo and Daria, took the time to personalize the experience, making it feel truly special and memorable. Their kindness and willingness to create this surprise at short notice showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was impeccably clean, adding to the luxurious and comfortable ambiance. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cake was delicious, adding the perfect touch to a remarkable day. I highly recommend Shenzhen Raffles Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Raffles team, for making my birthday so memorable!

This is one of the best hotel I stayed. Door step to Shenzhen bay and multiple parks. Staff are so friendly. Whenever I rang the reception, they say “您好！让您久等了（Good morning/afternoon/evening Madam! Sorry to keep you waiting)” Simple opening made me feel that they respected my feelings & time. The cleaning staff (黄定玉） was very thorough and effectively cleaned my room everyday.
