Very clean and well located right next to Sun Plaza Department Store and the famous Dongmen Pedestrian street.
Staff were incredibly polite, accommodating and always greeted with a smile.
There is some construction work downstairs and in the area, but it's during controlled times and there is a notice to all guests about the noise, but honestly, we barely heard anything!
Will highly recommend and also easily accessible to transport and taxis.
A bonus is that there's a gym on the 9th floor for all guests to use.

It was an exceptional experience to stay at the highest St Regis in the world! The view and architecture were super impressive, the staffs have the warmest welcome and not forgeting Alice for being very attentive to our requests. They certainly made us felt welcome. The pool is great and nice with a hot jacuzzi bath. There is also a nice bar at Level 95 which we enjoyed.
The room is nice and the bed is comfy, and I love their choice of hand soap :)
