Really great service from the staff who were super friendly and helpful, and did their best to answer our questions about the area. Appreciate the late 2pm checkout as standard, they even offered us 3pm. Room layout was good, bed was large and comfortable, very clean throughout. Located close to the Metro station.

The service was exquisite! We really enjoyed the spa as well; they paid extra attention to the little details (music, heated room, dimmed lighting etc.). I usually find it hard to sleep during a facial but I was able to dose off for a good half an hour at Yuen Spa. The guy (I should’ve asked for his name!) at few reception was very kind too and he made our time at Crowne extra special. 3 mins to the Guomao MTR station and five mins walk to Dongmen which is filled with street food and cheap shopping. More upscale shops at King’s Glory if that’s your thing. Ask for their lounge access, happy hour is from 5-8pm I believe! Room was great, it had a very deep bath tub and offered Borghese toiletries. I’ll be back!
