Location was great as it was about 10 minutes walk to either Qiaocheng North or Qiaocheng East metro stations where you can take line 2 or line 1 and these lines get you to almost all the major attractions in Shenzhen (e.g. Sea World, Dameisha Beach, Window of the World, Splendid China Folk Village). Just opposite the hostel is the OCT East Market building which has a supermarket and a few restaurants. There are also other good restaurants and cafes nearby (< 5 minutes walk).

The hotel is beautifully designed and the pool provides cute inflatables for kids to use. It was hot and you could swim right up to 9pm. The pool also has a partial view of the Eiffel Tower from Windows of the World. The location was perfect - minutes from Happy Valley and Windows of the World and walking distance to Walmart and many food options at your doorstep. The staff were extremely polite and courteous and the rooms were well appointed with big comfortable beds and high quality amenities. The buffet breakfast included with our room had great variety catering to Asian and Western tastes. The kids especially loved all the drinks and yoghurts on offer. If you’re rushed for time they can also wrap things up for you and have a small table for takeaway if you need a little extra snack later.

The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan is a 2-minute walk from The Window of the World Metro Station. Overlooking Shenzhen Bay, this hotel features a spa and outdoor pool. Free parking is provided.

Staff can communicate in English. Robot Coffee did not work with my payment method and the Staff helped me with a free black coffee. The hotel is conveniently located near the train stations especially the Express Train to Hong Kong. Super like the extra large bed.

At the Ritz, all is great, as one would expect. We had some issue with the room, and the issue was solved very professionally: this is how a superior 5 star hotel is supposed to work! Good outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast (the breakfast at Ritz is the "benchmark" I use to compare breakfasts at other hotels). Superior food quality and ample choice of both western and local food. Can also find india-style breakfast and fresh sushi. Subway a 2 min walk, a food plaza at 3 min walk....

Offering outdoor pool and indoor pool, Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all public areas.

Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced.
