Although I didn’t spend the night at this hostel and only arrived in the morning due to a typhoon, the staff was extremely helpful. They opened the hostel early for me, gave me directions to place worth visiting. Offered to send my towel, which was leaved by acident . Unfortunately, this didn’t happen because of resistance from the next hotel wher i stayed, but i still greatfull . From my impression, the hostel was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. They even let me sit in the reception area and leave my luggage there.

Pan Pacific Suzhou is located next to Panmen Park Scenery Area, just 3 km from the famous Guanqian Street. The property features free parking spaces and boasts two swimming pools.

Absolutely wonderful place! The comfort of rooms is beyond expectations, guests are provided with the highest quality of service and there is a pool and a gym for those who wish to start or end their day active. And the breakfast... The range of options is so wide, one could spend half a day just trying all those delicious things.

I loved the ladies that helped us at the reception. They were more helpful then what we could imagine and even asked for (calling taxi's for us, communicating with other people in Chinese, guiding us, letting us know what to visit in the area, being patient etc) and were more then just friendly. Apart from this special thanks to the staff, the rooms were mesmerizing and one of the best I have ever had. They were really spacious, modern, and had more than what you expected in these modern times. There was a huge table with a couple of chairs, a sofa, a big closet, a refrigerator, a huge and comfortable bed, and then apart from that you an excellent fancy bathroom with a walk-in shower, a lovely sink with beautiful lighting, and even a stand-alone bath tub. When you entered your room there was a small digital radio playing to welcome you with traditional music. It was like an oase opening up to you as soon as you opened the door and it felt like you entered your own private appartment. Simply a magnificent stay here with all those friendly people combined with a cosy atmosphere. Also, breakfast was nice with a good selection.

Excellent location and spacious room with modern and clean facilities. The concierge is efficient compare to other hotels that I have stayed with. The front desk manager SanSan is truly remarkable with her proactive approach and made all my family members felt very welcome. In fact it is her I think that makes the hotel so special.

Hotel is very near the metro station. It is also near to the ancient walking street - PingJiang road. There's a lot of convenient stores and eateries around the hotel, even a market with food court where locals and tourists venture. Easy to find breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also near to shopping streets. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are great. Room may be small but very comfortable.

Convenient location; Rooms are big, comfortable and extremely well cleaned; Staff is super friendly and professional; Beautiful garden and amazing play area for children. Excellent location, highly recommended if visiting Suzhou for a day or two as it is close by the popular tourist attractions there by foot or short taxi ride. The staff are lovely and were happy to give recommendations and help out with any questions. The room was very clean and the wooden interior design added a nice touch to the overall vibe of our trip. Would definitely recommend and book again our next stay!
