Excellent hotel in the centre of Urumchi. Great facilities, spacious and wonderful room with city view. Free laundry 24/7 and free drinking water. The young people at the reception are very helpful and speak some English. We also used translator and everything was well arranged.

We did not have breakfast but was directed by the staff and local for places to eat.. lots of restaurants around the place.The staff at the lodge are most helpful and very informative. One particular girl went out of her way to help us organise car ride to where we want to go and personally make sure we get onto the right car..The rooms are very clean and comfortable .

Everything was perfect stay in there, but in April as the government heating still on, the cooling system doesn’t work! It can be very hot during April without air conditioning.
