It was a beautiful hotel. Our room was amazing, so comfortable and elegant, with a beautiful small private garden area. The food choices at breakfast were excellent and we ate one delicious evening meal here. The staff were lovely and so helpful. They found out it was my birthday when I was staying and delivered a gift and cake to the room.

Our stay at Le Méridien Xi’an was unforgettable, thanks to Hao Lan’s exceptional service. As a birthday surprise for my partner (his first time in China) Hao Lan went above and beyond—offering early check-in and even arranging a delicious complimentary cake that made the celebration extra special. We stayed at the Panorama King Room with River View, very spacious and great value. The Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed everything about this hotel.
