The hotel is in the centre of Xi'An and has a Grand Hotel feeling which is a nice break from the more standard hotels. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are very nice and of good size. Breakfast is great and the club on the 7th floor is a great place for an evening tea or drink.

I liked the style of the hotel and the decoration of the common spaces which included artwork and sculptures linked to the history of the city. It felt very “culturally immersive”. Breakfast was my favorite part, personally I’ve never seen such variety of dishes in a hotel breakfast buffet.

The place is quite & beautiful, clean and the staff is very helpful, they helped us get tickets for the Terracota Warriors for the same day and were always willing to help to make the stay even better! We would definitely stay there again. Beds are very confortable, huge, and rooms are spacious.

The hotel is in 3 minutes from Dachaishi metro station, easy to find. Ladies and gentlemen on reception are really helpful (everyone knows only Chinese, but with Baidu translate that's okay). The room was clean and cozy with everyday cleaning. Conditioner, kettle, cups, towels, Chinese TV if you like it. Good place for that price:)
