The place and its people were so welcoming. They helped with all needed services promptly.
The room was comfortable., the breakfast very good.
The hostel is located in a quiet street yet still near the metro from where you can get to all directions. Also to the Arab Quarter you can reach in 15 min. walking.

The hotel's facilities and services were excellent.
We were provided with a pair of connecting rooms, which were very convenient and comfortable for our family.
The room condition was also superb.
Although it is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest subway station, the hotel is located in a quiet area and offers a full range of amenities, including a swimming pool and restaurants.
Exploring the many historical sites and museums in Xi'an, and staying at one of the city's top hotels, will surely make for an unforgettable and memorable trip.

Staff were extremely helpful and offered choice of room as well as information about it.
The facilities were excellent and great value for money. Hotels in Beijing at double the price were not so elegant and clean. Location was also excellent. It was quiet and private despite being in the very centre of Xi'an.

Happy to have stayed in this youth hostel in Xi An. Good vibes from the beginning. Very clean and comfortable environment to rest in the rooms and the lobby. The staff were very friendly and even went the extra mile to help me with some issues with the local post. I highly recommend here!
