Our stay at this hotel was excellent.
The welcome from the entire hotel team was very warm, and Dora’s attention in particular was outstanding. She explained how everything worked — including the different complimentary snacks offered at various times throughout the day. She also gave us lovely welcome gifts and more gifts when we left. My partner was celebrating a birthday during our stay and received an extra gift as well. Thank you, Dora, for your kindness and cordiality; we truly felt at home.
As for the hotel itself, what can I say — elegant, refined, a beautiful place with great attention to detail. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect and convenient, whether for strolling around the area or getting to the city’s main attractions. Breakfast is superb — it has everything and caters to all tastes.
I would definitely return.

Our stay here felt luxurious. The facilities were great, clean, and beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The location was incredible as well, sitting just outside of the central subway station (not even a need to take a taxi anywhere). If you're going to Xian, this is the place to stay!

The room is superb, spacious and very clean. The bathroom is exceptional. Beautiful thick curtains which block the light well (helps with a good night sleep) and the room is sound proof, nice and quiet. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, most of them speak good English.
