Location: Perfect! Centrally located with short distances to sights, restaurants and public transport. Staff: Outstandingly friendly and courteous. Everyone was always helpful and provided a personalized experience. Mr. Ma, concierge, organized an excellent guided tour to the Terracotta Warriors. Room/Comfort: Very clean, modern and high quality. Bar/Lounge (Atmosphere, Drinks/Snacks and Service): Excellent. Value for money: Absolutely fair for this quality. Conclusion: An all-round successful experience. If you are looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and top-tier hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommended!

The Grand Hyatt, the name alone promised grandeur, and it delivered in every way. Stepping into the foyer felt like entering a modern palace. Golden wooden beams rose elegantly toward floor-to-ceiling windows that flooded the space with light. The design balanced traditional Chinese motifs with a hint of contemporary flair.
Our suite carried the same sense of indulgence. Spacious and serene, it came with a powder room, a rain shower room, and yet another bathroom featuring a bathtub so deep it felt more like a private onsen. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the Xi’an skyline, and the room itself exuded calm luxury.
That evening, we dined at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. Every dish felt like a celebration. The abalone was delicate and rich, the fiery Sichuan-style beef casserole set our taste buds dancing, and the dim sum—bite-sized parcels of flavour—were a revelation. By the time I ended the night with a spa treatment, I felt blissfully pampered, refreshed, and ready for the final chapter of our holiday.
I would recommend the Grand Hyatt to all my friends and family ❤️

We stayed at Fairway Place in Xi’An for five nights. The room was spacious, very clean, with in-room washer and dryer (which was the reason we chose it on the first place). Breakfast was excellent with Chinese and Western choices. Staff was superb, especially in the breakfast area, always eager to help and spoke good English. Highly recommended.

This is the best hotel with the best service we have been to. We were upgraded to a room completely free of charge, the staff was very friendly and hospitable, everyone spoke English. Wonderful breakfast, pool and gym. A great place for your holiday!

The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Two staff members left a very good impression on me — Mr. Henry from the restaurant and Mr. Lan from the Executive Club.
The hotel is beautifully clean and well-maintained. The ambience is warm, inviting, and excellent throughout.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff were very kind to us, especially Leo and there was also a lady who worked at breakfast who spoke English who we cannot thank enough for the natural remedy that helped me with my colic. In addition to everything, the apartment is excellent, comfortable, beautiful with impeccable design, the best place to stay in Xian without a doubt, we stayed there for a week and already miss returning. Leo and Miss whose name we don't know, we thank you very much for all your kindness, and for always helping us when necessary.
