Breakfast was sumptuous and there’s a variety of food suitable both for kids and adults. Staff there are extremely helpful especially Jones ZL who help us a lot in booking of transportation, trains and cab. Really make our stay there memorable 😊

This hotel is a definition of perfection. An amazing hotel that is strategically located, tastefully designed, and well-maintained. The staff are all professional, polite, and helpful. I especially love the room: the layout is a bit unique, but it gives a cozy ambiance. I like the small closet & the bathroom is beautiful, and of course the bidet really makes a lot of difference into my stay in China.

This new stay at the Sofitel Xi'an was once again a pleasure. The rooms are spacious, elegant and well equipped. The cleanliness is perfect. The breakfast is always wonderful. The only criticism is that the pastries are not fresh (dry and hard).
