The staff there was polite and helpful. What I don't like is how booking.com arrangement. When I arrived , I was informed my booking wasn't in thier system. I was damn tired and have to wait until they arrange the room for me. I was checked in to the room and they verified my card while they checking my reservation with booking.com I was so shocked when my bill turn out RM965.80 instead of RM804 as I book earlier with booking.com If your portal unable to handle my booking , please inform me before I took the hassle take a taxi to the hotel. I am really disappointed with what was happened. Just felt been cheated by booking.com

I always check all hotels in city which I wanna go. Choose 5 stars, check some details, reviews and other links. So this time I decide to choose Double tree by Hilton in Xiamen. And it was so good choice. Hotel is so clean, and big, so green territory and have space for a walk. View from your window will be amazing, clean windows. About personal. May be all personals they didn’t know English very well, but they still trying to help you. Always. They take translator and try to help you until the problem or your question is resolved. They such a nice people. About room the same. Super clean, super nice. Really big room. I want stay in hotel and room all day that’s how it’s was comfortable. About breakfast same. Don’t forget that we are in China and food here is Asian. But they still have some European spots. Will be grateful if you put a bit more greens for salads, like tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, olives, avocado and etc. And really wanna cheese and some different European bread not only baguettes. But it’s the little things, which help to be best of the best. But actually this hotel already like this. Thank u so much for everything. Already wanna back soon. <3 💔

The views of Haicang Bay and Xiamen island from a sea view room are great. Even in overcast weather, the views are atmospheric. The bed was very comfortable, as were the red chairs and the shower. My room was spotless. I had no problems checking in and checking out - the staff were both efficient and polite.
