we stay at two bedroom suite, the housekeeping did very great they everyday cook different dessert put in a warmer put at our room everynight with a little note make us felt warm after a tired day.... front desk did great too i need outside laundry service they help me to find and contact. i like everything about this hotel for sure will stay again if i got chance to travel to xiamen again.

We got an upgrade to a seaview room which was really lovely. The room was big, hygienic, modern and the bed was really comfortable. There was a hottub and good shower present. The breakfast was very good and the biggest spread i've ever seen in a hotel (both asian and western). We also made use of the pool, which was big and warm enough.

It's very convenient to come here. The sanitary environment is very good. The room is very large and close to Zhongshan Road.

This is my first time stayed with Waldorf hotel,the location is good,the neighborhood easy to walk around,many restaurants can choose, the staff are the best. -Clean spacious room with fruit and snacks provided each day. -Buffet style breakfast was ample, large choice of hot and cold food and drinks. -Great central location - 20 mins to the airport and Wu tong ferry port. Next to Xiamen train station and 5 mins walk to metro and BRT. -staff were excellent - 小張 was especially kind to us during our stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and it was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of breakfast options, and we could enjoy a sea view while dining, which made the experience even more enjoyable. On the last day, I got food poisoning and needed to go to the pharmacy for medicine. The gentleman at the front desk, worried that we might have trouble as we were unfamiliar with the area, kindly offered to take us to a nearby pharmacy. His service attitude was exceptional—I’m really grateful to him.

Set in an ancient building, the property is designed in a creative combination of oriental and western style. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property.
