The hotel is located in a quiet area at the outskirts of Wulingyuan. But it's still very close to the east gate of the forest park and just a short walk from restaurants and bustling streets. The rooms had a mix of traditional Chinese and modern style. Shower was very hot and comfortable. Beds and room cleaned everyday. AC worked really well and kept the rooms cool. Breakfast on the rooftop was Chinese with 2 types of noodle dishes to choose from,, sweet potato, eggs. They also got some toast and had just bought a toaster. But no butter, jam, cheese or anything to put on it. However, they clearly advertise that they serve chinese breakfast. So the toast etc. was just a bonus. Instant coffee, the powder kind. If you want proper coffee you'll have to order from Luckin coffee or cotti coffe using delivery app. All in all think it's a spectacular place to stay in Wulingyuan. Highly recommend

Thank you so much for an amazing stay, amazing resor , amazing service and most of all they made us ( me and my wife ) feel like we are very important and special to them. It was like paradise , all the greeting and smiling faces was so relaxing and giving us a hint about what we will find through our stay. Amazing beuatiful lady ( Luna ) was really sweet and helpful and was smiling all the time. The hotel looked much better than on the pictures , it was so beautiful , and nicely decorated and the outside shower was simply amazing, the breakfast was so delicious and they have a variety of food to satisfy all tastes!

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and we absolutely loved our room and the restaurant area. The location is great, very close to the national park. The receptionist and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. If we ever come back we will choose this hotel again! We highly recommend it!

This was walking distance (2km) to the main entrance. Rooms were big enough and clean. Great support from Rebecca in english. Reasonable breakfast and easy to agree on all you will need.

The guy at the desk is simply unbelievable. He went beyond what you we expect. Though he dod not speak english at all ,he used his translator device and sat down with us to help us get the tickets,plan oue trip to the national park and other requests. He made our sray and visit to the park a lot easier.
Facilities were good.
Breakfast better than other hotels that we stayed in.

Amazing mountain view, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was welcoming and kind, and helped us to plan and book our entire itinerary throughout the Zhangjiajie parks. The restaurant food was good too - the local dishes were to our taste (the hotel was able to customise them to our preferences, i.e. less spice). We had a great experience staying here.
