Amazing hotel complex right at the foot of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park featuring a spectacular pool with full-scale views of the nearby mountains.
Cosy rooms, each one featuring a unique design. Private bathroom on the terrace featuring a great view from the bath tub, modern showers and a traditional private wood-fired oven. High quality mattress, all ammenities in the bathroom.
But what REALLY made this stay unique is the care and attention provided by the staff, especially Linda from the reception. She's not only there to arrange pickup and airport transfer at a reasonable price, she plans each and every day of your stay individually based on your personal preferences to make the very best out of your time in this lovely place. A custom itiniery for each day, pre-booking of all necessary tickets, arrangement of transfers of private cars for longer trips, optimized solutions for luggage logistics to save time, even pre-written notes in Chinese to show to park employees to ensure smooth admission - everything is taken care of in a most experienced, professional, yet warm-hearted way. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly ,they picked us up from the train station and have helped us arrange our trip . My mom wanted to prepare her own pancakes and they didn’t hesitate to provide her with all the items . The view from the lodge is amazing as well . We had a magical time in this hotel one of the best.

Very close to national park, 7yuan by Didi. Location is in Wulingyuan and there are ao many good food around the hotel. They are really helpful with the route for national park and other attraction like grand canyon and glass bridge. They give us the best advice. You just need to go there and listen to their advice. I was in doubt at first because I spent 8 months to plan for this trip. But they are right. They know the park better than us. They book tickets for us for cheaper. Get us a taxi. Reschedule our ticket when we change our plan. I highly recommend this place. It’s good for money. And i love to support people who knows what they are doing and who loves what they are doing. If good services is your key, go ahead and support them.

Emer is the best host you can image. She helped me planing my trip around the national park, helped me with the food when I was exhausted after the hikes and she is a wonderful human been. It’s a nice and cozy hostel, quite social and with people from different places. Like 5 minutes to the national park by DiDi (which is veeeery affordable) and close to restaurants and the city center. A great choice if you are in Wulingyuan. 5 ⭐️
