This hotel is really lovely and perfect! The beds were super comfortable, they have mattresses that you can warm up. After a cold hiking day this was the best thing.
Rebecca is a very kind person and she helped us with booking the tickets of the park and drove us to the entrance for free (only 5 min).
I would stay here again!!

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. Mary, our host, was absolutely amazing. She was super nice and instantly made us feel at home. We will certainly miss her home cooked meals (huge portions that would fuel us for the day or embrace us after a long day in the foggy mountains). In the afternoon/evenings she would greet us with some freshly brewed tea, seasonal fruits and snacks. Additionally she very kindly made our visits to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountan super convenient by planning out everything for every possible scenario and prebooking our tickets and also preparing bottled water and rain coats for us. There is a washing machine, but our host offered to do the laundry for us. The rooms were very homey and clean and had everything you needed and even more.

We stayed at All Seasons Lodge with 2 families for 3 nights for our visits to the National Park and Canyon and we really recommend this hotel! All the staff (3) are super friendly and helpful.
The frontdesk boy helped us planning the trip even before we arrive. He helped us buying tickets of the National Park, Canyon and Tianmen Mt and gave us advise which routes to take and also give us restaurant recommendations. He even helped me out of an argue with a bad caishier of a snack store nearby, forcing me to pay twice with my Alipay. He walked with us to the shop helped me clarify and finally get my money back!
The hotel itself was comfortable and has everything you need (good bed, shower, toiletries, breakfast, washing machine, dryer).
