This is the best host I've ever had. The lady was very kind and helped me on every occasion. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. They have a beautiful rooftop that is used to serve breakfast with an incredible view over the town and the mountains. They serve a good Chinese breakfast. You can also wash your clothes for free, but they do not have a dryer. The location is great, just 20 mins walk from the entrance to Zhangjiajie national park.

They always drop you to the entrance gate of the park, amazing staff that speaks good English, they really went out of their way to be helpful. Also very nice rooms

We are very pleased to have come across this hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff especially Hu who showed great care and kindness and was very helpful to us. ☺️ The hotel is ideally located with a beautiful view of the park and beautiful rooms where you can sip delicious Chinese tea. In addition, the hotel offers delicious local dishes prepared by chefs who are clearly masters of their craft. ☺️ All staff very smiling Friendly and very positive towards their guests . Clean spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the national park. ☺️ The hotel staff and the owners will not receive five stars from us but with full responsibility we award six stars 👍🏼☺️. Finally, we would like to add a small detail that even though we didn't have our flight until around midnight, we were able to stay at the hotel and relax in nature with beautiful views of the park. The host was so warm and welcoming, as was everyone who lives here. We were able to go down to reception or send a message (we used alipay) to get any answers or make requests. All the hotel information is clearly presented as soon as you arrive, including the food options available (we enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast). We stayed with an infant, and the room was lovely and spacious for our needs. We arrived at a cold time, but the room heated up well and the shower was nice and hot. The location is a really convenient 5 minute drive to the Wulingyuan park entrance.

Awesome hostel! The family is super nice and chatty, very pleasant to be around of. They help with planning the routes to take each day and even help with buying tickets if needed The hostel itself is simple and has everything one needs. I stayed in a double room shared with someone else, which had a private bathroom. The beds are pretty hard but for some reason I found them comfortable. The room was super clean on arrival and had AC to manage the temperature The provided breakfast is neat, either a sandwich or a bowl of noodles, both are good and provide energy for starting at the mountain in the morning. There are also washing and drying machines for laundry, with a very affordable fee. There are drinks and food available for purchase at the lobby, and typically folks meet there in the evening to socialise. Overall, very good experience!

The guy at the desk is simply unbelievable. He went beyond what you we expect. Though he dod not speak english at all ,he used his translator device and sat down with us to help us get the tickets,plan oue trip to the national park and other requests. He made our sray and visit to the park a lot easier. Facilities were good. Breakfast better than other hotels that we stayed in.

We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!
