Small cozy and friendly environment. Lucian was very friendly and helpful. We managed our tide on time schedule thanks to his guidance and recommendations. Rooms was small and updated but very clean and quiet. What more u need after all day of exploring chinese beautiful nature.....warm shower and comfy bed.

The location was excellent as well as the very very kind receptionist who helped us book all our tickets and plan our trips. Very cosy and clean! There are lots of places to eat nearby. I can only recommend staying here :)

Great host, helped to booked tickets, arranged everything. Nice location, little bit outskirts of town, but has free transfer so it is OK. The place is decenet, nice location, clean room and bathroom. The stuff is super nice. The pool was also clean and refreshing in the warm.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are comfortable, food is great. Daily cleaning up. You can also eat something else apart from breakfast. People are very very friendly and hospitable. One night we Ve ordered dinner and they started cooking for us at 22:30. The location is right in the center. They are helping you with directions if you want to visit the mountains. Also they try to speak English so you will be able to communicate. Annie is a great host, also with the others. Thank you!

The room was renovated and clean. Very convenient location to visit everything. But the best part was our host, she offered transfer from the train station , she helped us arranging everything so we can visit all the must spots in Zhangjiajie and she speaks fluent English! Definitely recommend it.

One of the best Apartments I have ever booked. It was very modern, everything was clean and we had a great view on the mountains.
Also was there a billard table and the whole shared space was pretty nice.
The Host helped us everyday to get to the attractions near the area.
If you go to Zhangjiajie I would totaly recommend this apartment.

We travel a lot and once in a while a place stands out for exceptional hospitality. This is one of those places. The hotel is family run and while they don’t speak great English they were incredibly helpful in helping us plan our time. They were very knowledgable of the area and knew where and when we should visit every attraction. They also gave us some 10/10 restaurant recommendations.
Room was lovely, modern and clean and they also gave us a ride to the airport free of charge when we left.
Highly recommend. 👍

The hotel was very nice and clean. Very well situated and the rooms are just as the picutures.
However, the best thing about this place is the service. It is simply excellent. Their housekeeper, Dandan, is honestly the best housekeeper I have ever met. She helped us plan each of our trips, did all the bookings for us and explained everything with patience and care. She was always there when we needed her, and is the sweetest and nicest person ever. Our trip has been a success, all thanks to her.

The family-run ambiance here is absolutely wonderful! The staff speaks excellent English and assists with booking park tickets. The room, while basic, is impeccably clean – the air conditioning keeps it nice and warm. Although the bathroom is somewhat compact, the hot shower is ample and refreshing. We booked a bus to the National Forest Park, and the service was outstanding. An all-around win! Luggage storage is free after check-out.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff spoke little English but were very helpful when I used the translator app. My original room smelt like cigarette smoke and when i asked to change, they were very accommodating. There was also free use of laundry machines at the hotel.
