Our three-day stay at this place was fantastic. Steven and Frank helped us with everything we needed. They helped us get tickets for the city's attractions, and they sent a car to pick us up at the train station. The human quality, beyond the accommodation, is something that should be highlighted. On the other hand, the hotel is very nice, with decent rooms—spacious and very functional for a city stay. It's about 15-20 minutes from one of the park's entrances, which, if you get the right ticket, makes it much easier to access on foot. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Steven and Frank, for such a warm welcome and reception

Beautifully located and very nice and quiet rooms. The staff were all so nice, told us everything about the area and how to get there and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. Even when we had to leave early ti catch the train they had a take away breakfast ready for us. Totally recommend!

Easily one of the best places I’ve stayed at, they truly make you feel at home. Coming to zhangjiajie can be intimidating as a foreigner as all the scenic locations are very scattered and you need to book a whole lot of tickets. Our host speaks amazing English and he made this process a breeze, not only did he book everything for us at a discounted price but he also gave us a detailed run through of the routes as well as record a video. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at where we need to go, I didn’t even need to switch my brain on.
Our room was clean, comfy, spacious and high tech. Additionally his parents cook amazing food, traditional chinese style including noodles and soup dumplings, better than the restaurants we tried in the area!
In conclusion I highly recommend this place especially if you’re a foreigner coming here for the first time! They truly go above and beyond for you.

Jenny was a fantastic host. She really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She has great English and knows the area well. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was excellent, a 10 min walk to the cable car station for Tianmen Mountain

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us.
While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast served on the terrace with its magnificent mountain views.

The guy in charge at the reception so cool! , he was really kindly. He drop us to the train station and was so helpfull with the info we asked. Also the breakfast so good!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff spoke little English but were very helpful when I used the translator app. My original room smelt like cigarette smoke and when i asked to change, they were very accommodating. There was also free use of laundry machines at the hotel.
