Location is excellent, near the tianmen mountain cable station, central bus station and a lot of restaurants with good food. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The owner was really kind and always willing to help with whatever I needed.

Zhangjiajie is hands down the prettiest place I have ever visited, and staying at this hotel made the experience even more special. The owners are the kindest couple you will ever meet—always warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything you need. They go out of their way to provide the best tips and guidance for exploring Zhangjiajie, which really made my trip smoother and more enjoyable.
A special mention to Rainbow, who speaks excellent English and has an incredibly positive and helpful attitude. Traveling overseas can sometimes be challenging, but staying here felt effortless and comfortable thanks to their hospitality.
If you’re planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s the perfect base to explore one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Thirty One is a charming hotel conveniently located within a 20-30 minute walk from the airport, as well as being close to the bus station and cable cars. The host, Steve, was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He not only provided great service but also crafted coffee that resembled true works of art. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Steve's place; meeting him significantly enhanced my experience in Zhangjiajie.

I would rate it 10 stars for top-notch hospitality. It's a cute place. Cute style and decor. Natural wood. Nice pillows. Nice white towels.
The hosts are great and very, very helpful. You get very personalized service. They helped me with my tour tickets, take out dinner order, transportation, etc.
The front desk is open late.
It's beautiful at night with it all lit up. The pool looks beautiful at night as well with the blue lights. .
Walkable to shops and restaurants.
Nice neighborhood.
Great AC system.

The place makes for a very comfortable stay, the rooms were large and clean. You can see Tianmen Mountain from your bed. Issac is a great host, he helped us plan and book all the tickets for nearby attractions. Certain times he himself or his father would drive us to the required destination. Also Issac was always available on the phone for any help required. Homemade local food cooked by his mom was delicious. This home stay also has a pool.

Jenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

Wangyi is a charming vintage-style hotel with elegant decor and a unique touch. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff are wonderful, and the food is absolutely delicious! If you're a vegetarian, this might be the only place in Zhangjiajie that offers fully vegan meals—even restaurants may not have them. But if you’re not, like me, you’ll still enjoy amazing food! I had such a great time here. The hotel also has volunteers who speak English and Spanish, which is fantastic. Plus, they provide detailed travel guides—so thoughtful! I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

We were welcomed and treated like family throughout our entire stay. The first night we were taken out for dinner and they continued to help us with absolutely everything and truly made our experience brilliant.
