The staff of the Orchids were great, welcoming and low key in a nice way. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and it had genuine charm. The location was bustling but the rooms were also very quiet.

I like those amazing and very friendly hosts,Ruben went extra mile when I woke him up early in the morning when I arrived by the night bus.I appreciated that he let me check in early so I could crush right into the bed. I like that its quiet there so you can have good sleep.Location is great,side street but still close to everything.

Everything was perfect, however it was difficult to figure out where the entrance to the property was. I waited hours out front trying to figure out the entrance instructions. FInally a resident assisted me and once I had a whatapp contact, it was easy. I will return in about 30 days and it will be seamless

- Great location in La Candelaria - Nicely renovated building with beautiful view, tiles etc . - Exceptionally clean room, beds, towels, and also the common room and kitchen (with fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates...) - Armando is a super friendly host! :) - Hot shower with good water pressure in a modern bathroom - Comfy beds, warm blankets (which is such a plus in the chilly nights of Bogotá) - Rooftop terrace with a great view - Room No.6 at the top level was great and had a view over the rooftops We had an issue with our previous Hostel and asked if we could check in early, which was no problem at all. Also after Checkout we could leave the luggage as long as we needed to take another stroll in La Candelaria before leaving.
