It’s really very good hotel

The room was clean, the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety. The beach is clean, has nice entering to the sea. The SPA is amazing, they have also one pools inside and two outside, two of them with sea water. Amathus is exceptional place for me. All staff members demonstrate such a level of hospitality that every time I visit it I feel like I am welcomed by good friends of mine. It's a best place for recreation and serenity.

We stayed at the villa for 7 unforgettable nights in April 2025 as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The villa is perfectly designed for a comfortable and relaxing long stay. It had everything we could possibly need: spacious rooms, brand-new and spotless interiors, regular cleaning service, fresh towels, bathrobes, and bed linens. Each room had a smart TV, a private toilet, and a shower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a full set of toiletries: shower gels, shampoos, lotions, even toothbrushes and toothpaste Highlights of our stay: A clean, warm pool A modern sauna Jacuzzi!!!! Sun loungers, and umbrellas A lovely outdoor area with comfortable furniture, stereo system,a canopy for shade, and a gas heater for chilly evenings A ping-pong table A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue grill — including charcoal, utensils, and even cleanup ash after use Delicious and varied breakfasts every morning A fully stocked indoor kitchen with all the dishes, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all necessary cleaning products We especially want to highlight is the host! Friendly, caring, and always available via phone or WhatsApp. Before our arrival, we received a complete guide about our stay, He personally welcomed us even though we arrived late at night, and patiently showed us everything. He also helped us with things not directly related to the property and our stay. He is made us feel completely at home. As a lovely welcome, we received fresh fruits and wine on arrival. We had a rental car, which made getting around very easy. If you're not planning to rent a car, it's a good idea to check public transportation options in advance We would absolutely love to come back again and can highly recommend this villa to families and groups. Everything is thoughtfully prepare down to the smallest detail — for a truly carefree vacation!

Lots of German tourists - started to say Danke to the staff (who are Cypriots) there were so many. Liked that there is a salon there, but didn't get a haircut. Beach is good and pools are lovely.

We really liked everything. The breakfast had many options and it was very tasty. Coffee, tea facilities in the room + water when we arrived. The pool was covered and heated, so we went a few times for swimming. Nice bar where you can eat and drink something during the day. You can also add a dinner which was 24 EUR per person. We didn't need it, but it is good you have this option. Confortable beds and pillows. The staff well trained, kind and helpful. Free parking. We had a great stay and probably we will come again in the summmer.

A convenient and welcoming hotel with friendly, caring staff. The swimming pool was excellent, and despite our unexpected trip to Cyprus, everything—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and efficient. Great value for the price.

The rooms are new and lovely and clean. Yiota as the guest relations manager was excellent in recommending restaurants.
