The staff is amazing! The very young blonde man at the reception is great and very kompetent!
Breakfast is fantastic and you need only 4 minutes with the Lime Scooter to town (there are always some around the hotel)
I would totally recommend this hotel and will return here the next time we travel to Prague! Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable- finally someone who has the perfect pillow sizes <3

I would just probably recommend a few things:
- add a towel in the kitchen area
- put slippers and bathrobes in the room
- add toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush kit etc. Only shower gel is not enough

My girlfriend and I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was an immediate sign of the wonderful stay to come. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of options (also a lot od choices for non-pork eaters).
We parked in the hotel’s garage, which was spotless and reasonably priced at around €26/day—less than typical rates for such proximity to the city center. The tram into the center was very convenient, taking just 6-7 minutes. We purchased 24-hour tickets directly at the hotel reception.
We will absolutely stay at the Hermitage Hotel again when we return to Prague!

We really enjoy to come back to this property. Staff is always very professional and helpful. We really appreciated possibility of early check-in.
The apartment is really spacious and has everything you need for longer stay. Kitchen has microwave and stove and you can also find enough plates cutleries, pots and pans.
Room is very clear and beds are comfy.
Property is located in nice quiet area, there are plenty of restaurants and bars near by. Connection to city center is very easy and quick. Is possible to walk all the way to Wenceslas Square or you can take a public transportation from near by Náměstí Míru.
