Everyone, especially at the reception desk, was extremely nice. Our room was large and comfortable and quiet, the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center but not right in the middle of it which meant we could go everywhere on foot but were not in the middle of the bustle of the city. We loved the terrace, the welcome drink, the help from the receptionist (to mail our postcards for instance, the "late departure" bathroom which allowed us to change when we came to pick up our luggage, etc. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. It was perfect!

Everything was fantastic, the restaurant had the nicest food, staff amazing, even tho it is a way from old town it is easy to get in on public transport, big shout out to the staff who service the rooms, they are amazing, they do a fantastic job

Big enough for a group of 5, very clean and everything looked new. Extremely comfortable and with a Lidl downstairs. There are 2 great coffee shops right next to the accommodation, and the tram has a stop right next to the apartment.
