A very nice family-run hotel. Quiet rooms (small apartments), nice view, a comfortable bed, good sofa / resting area. Near a nice park, yet easy to the center. Dog-friendly and clean. Breakfast was nice - selection was limited yet pretty good - including home-made jams and gluten-free options: fresh potato wedges and rice/corn cakes.

Very lovely place, comfortable for two families staying together as there are two separate bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (except for a coffee machine), big comfortable beds, spacious enough rooms, and very close to the center - the perfect place to stay if you travel as a tourist.

Our stay at Vinohradsky Dum was nothing short of excellent! The location alone is unbeatable—just about 50 steps from the I.P. Pavlova metro station, with tram lines right nearby and the heart of the city within easy reach. It truly made exploring Prague effortless.
The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It is neat, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. The attention to detail is remarkable—everything from cutlery and crockery to laundry capsules for the washing machine, dishcloths, refuse bags, and other essentials was provided. These little extras made the stay feel both luxurious and wonderfully convenient. The wi-fi is also fast and connectivity is reliable here!
The reception staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist, and went above and beyond by offering to store our luggage on the final day after check-out—such a considerate gesture that we greatly appreciated.
If we had to mention any areas for improvement, it would be the limited supply of coffee pods (just two for the entire stay) and the infrequency of towel exchange and room cleaning (only once during our 10-day visit). However, these are small details compared to the overall outstanding experience.
For everything else, Vinohradsky Dum truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague and would not hesitate to return.

The property is located at district 2, very accessible to trams, trains that lead you to all and most of the touristy spots including the worlds 2nd “ most ugliest building” shown in the picture the Ziźkov Television Tower which we can see from our balcony as per image. This property is our favourite among the 6 places we stayed in Europe. The living spaces are decently large. All the kitchen appliances are clearly shown how to use, views are great, accessible to at least 4-5 supermarkets and many cafes and restaurants.
