We had a great time in Berlin, the apartment is bright, spotless, fully equipped, just as described. Photos are very accurate; the kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary appliances to prepare your meals, and the bed is comfy. The location is perfect, in a good area with easy metro and tram links. The Bensimon Team was very attentive to the quality of our stay, communication was very prompt, attentive and efficient. The check-in and check-out treats were much appreciated. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring the city. We will stay here again.

Location was great! Right next to a metro station but also a walking distance from alot of attractions. The room and bathrooms always felt clean. Bed was pretty comfortable and the room was big enough so it didnt feel crowded. The staff were really nice helpfull and friendly! 100% would come back again and would recomend!
