It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world, some 5 star! The staff were great, the room was amazing. They provided 2 dog bowls and 2 lots of treats as we had 2 dogs with us, many hotels, despite knowing we have 2 dogs with us, only provide things for 1 dog. The lighting was fun as it could be controlled forma panel and kept changing :¬) The drinks in the mini bar were complimentary as was a drink before dinner. Dinner in their Asian restaurant was also excellent and so different. Breakfast was outstanding. It was only an overnight stop on the journey home across Europe, so we are planning to return, without the dogs as it is a 10 hour drive from us, in the spring to enjoy it more slowly.

It was very clean, lots of space and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We also enjoyed all the facilities.

Super friendly staff, very nice and room with terrace overlooking the river, excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Bernkastel-Kues. Fantastic bathrooms in the rooms of the annex.

Great location, very friendly staff, room was nice, clean, warm and had a great view from the window. The bistro offers delicious snacks and drinks throughout the day, and this was great because we arrived too early and had to wait for our room.
