Great location - only one stop to centre but felt like I was staying in the real Köln, as there didn’t appear to be any other tourists. Accommodation was spotless and really well equipped. Guido provided lots of helpful information that made the arrival process very easy and gave great ideas for local places to try.

The host was friendly, responsive, easy to take over keys and drop them off. The matrass and pillow were comfy. The shower pressure was great and the warm water comes immediately. There was a ventilator which is very important since keeping windows open was difficult due to noise and rain. There are plenty of garbage baskets, a shower gel and shampoo, towels, kitchen paper, coffee machine, microwave, small fridge with freezer. Great if you are out all day and don't spend any time in the room besides sleep. There is basic 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 bowls, 2 small pots and basic cuttlery, enough if you don't plan to cook anything.

Offering spacious rooms with view, a restaurant with buffet breakfast, and free WiFi access in all areas.

Excellent stay . Beautiful large high room overlooking the city , made extra special because the staff had left a bottle of sparking wine and a card for my husbands 60th. Superb breakfast, lots of choice of hot and cold options . Great location only ten minutes walk to the old town but with good transport links. Lovely and warm and clean ,very nice to return to after a full days sightseeing . Would definitely stop here again.

A small and cozy hotel within walking distance from the train station — about a 20–30 minute walk, with a few sights to check out along the way. This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel . Once again we were looked after by the excellent team of Bozena and Petra who go out of their way to help make the stay enjoyable. In actual fact these ladies were a big reason why we booked again. The hotel was clean and the room a decent size for short or long stays. As we were visiting for the Christmas markets and to see a good friend the location could not be better. Great transport links close by as well . The area is very well served by some great restaurants and cafes . The new lady on reception Juanina was also very lovely and helpful . Will definitely be back again next year to enjoy the great hospitality
