The location is really convenient. Just about half an hour away from Hbf. There are also two stations that you can easily walk to, and a Ubahn station. The next street is a main street with lots of restaurants, so not too worried going back in the evening. Restaurant and bar downstairs also open till like 1am. I would suggest though to go back via Heumarkt instead of Neumarkt if you are a girl going solo at night, and still try not to go back after dark just in case. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hot water always at supply and community kitchen is great. The bathrooms are lovely. The beds, although in a shared room, worked amazingly well. Definitely would stay here again when I visit Koln again. The place is so cozy! Please keep it up.

It’s not an anonymous apartment in an anonymous block of identical apartments. It’s a one-off and has lots of nice touches, like milk in the fridge, some snacks, and a few useful things like salt and pepper. The kitchen has everything you’d need. Bettina, the host, is ever so friendly and helpful, providing me with an umbrella because of the weather forecast. The internet signal was good. Transport links are good with local trams, and Köln-Sud railway station is very close for trains down the west of the Rhine. The main railway station is an easy thirty minute walk away if you’d prefer not to use the trams.

The location was perfect and easily accessible by walking or tram. I also loved that there was a yummy ramen shop next door (as well as an amazing costume shop). The room was very comfy and so was the shower. Every morning we had a lovely breakfast. The staff was very kind and accommodating. It was a lovely experience overall.

It is easily accessible by taking the U-Bahn from Cologne Central Station. There are restaurants, grocery stores and various convenience facilities around the hotel, so it wasn't difficult to get a meal or get the necessary items. The staff also welcomed me very kindly. The room was also clean.

The host was friendly, responsive, easy to take over keys and drop them off. The matrass and pillow were comfy. The shower pressure was great and the warm water comes immediately. There was a ventilator which is very important since keeping windows open was difficult due to noise and rain. There are plenty of garbage baskets, a shower gel and shampoo, towels, kitchen paper, coffee machine, microwave, small fridge with freezer. Great if you are out all day and don't spend any time in the room besides sleep. There is basic 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 bowls, 2 small pots and basic cuttlery, enough if you don't plan to cook anything.
