A well-designed setting. Despite the small space (which we knew about in advance) - everything is ergonomically very well organised. There is everything you need. A lot of nice and necessary little things. Clear description in the memo on the table. The building is old, but all the equipment (furniture, plumbing) is new and very clean. The host is friendly and quickly responds to all requests. Breakfast can be paid on the spot (we liked it too). And of course the beautiful view from the window!

The location couldn’t be any better, very close to Blaues Wunder and lots of small cafes and shops, yet very quiet at night. The place is beautifully furnished and very modern. It is very well equipped, we hav everything we need.

Since I live in Germany I have used Booking to find the places where I stay when I'm on vacation or simply when I have an escape weekend and I must say in capital letters that after 4 years until today this has been PER BY FAR THE BEST ACCOMMODATION I HAVE EVER HAD. With me it is 10 out of 10. Excellent location, beautiful facilities, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast (I love their coffee machine), they have their own parking space, right in front pass the Strassenbahn that takes you directly to the city center and the most important thing has been the Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in an accommodation. Widely recommended.

We had a perfect stay. The neighbourhood is nice and with an easy connection to all other parts of Dresden. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Heating worked well. Breakfast was plenty.

This charming hotel is peacefully located in the east of Dresden. Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, before taking the direct tram connection into the city centre.

Great location for visiting Dresden centre. Right next to the tram stop. Tram No. 4 goes directly to the centre. We liked breakfast.

Location is easy to reach by Tram. Host is very friendly and the apartment was very clean.

The location is great. There are a couple of trams right in frong and there is a park at a 2 minute walk which was excellent for our dog. I would recommend this place if you have a dog who loves to play in the green.
