This hotel opposite Essen Central Station offers, Wi-Fi.. The pedestrian area starts outside the hotel. The Garner Hotel Essen - Handelshof has modern, air-conditioned rooms with high ceilings.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right across from the train station, which was super convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. Would definitely stay here again!

Just everything. From the location, to the friendly and welcoming staff, to the comfort of the room. I had also placed a preference for the room selection and they accommodated it no questions asked. Breakfast is great and rooms are super comfy, as you would expect from Motel One. Also, I particularly liked the fact that the rooms are very well isolated so you can get a sound sleep without being woken up by noises around you. Highly recommended!

Ideally situated beside the pedestrian zone and main railway station in Essen, this traditional 4-star hotel is a direct underground ride from the exhibition grounds and the Grugapark complex.

Super spacious and comfortable bed! Everything nice and clean. Helpful and kind staff. Bed and bowl for our dog was prepared and ready to use - a very nice little detail, which we appreciate every time we stay with our dog in a hotel :)

Location was very good to visit the Christmas market in Essen. The lobby was a nice place to hang out after a long day: good vibes and a Fußball-table!
