The host was very friendly and responded very fast. The place is well decorated and wonderful. All necessities were provided. The place was close to tram and supermarket. Clean and comfy.

Access was easy with a key safe outside where the code was sent on the day. This is a great location for Messe Essen, includes a 10-15 walk through the Gruga Park to get there and back :-)
