The place was perfect and clean. Staff was nice. Location a bit rough, but you know that before booking. Wifi, sheets, water, all were great. One of my fav things was that they stored my luggage after check out, this really helped me!!!

We have stayed here twice and both times were fabulous. The staff are friendly and super helpful, all you need to do is smile and they are warm and friendly! The hotel rooms are clean and soundproofed and both of ours had a view of the train station and city. The breakfast is AMAZING, they tell you how many things are organic, and you can make your own waffles and juice. It was just a really nice setting and place. The staff are really helpful. I booked twice through booking.com. Stayed once and then found a deal on another site and cancelled my second booking with Booking.com Once at the hotel I found out that the deal was a scam, which meant I lost a really good room through booking. The hotel staff helped me to get my scammed room back, got the other site to pay the difference for the king suite, patiently waited with me, whilst on the phone and then let me check in early. It is a great hotel.

Nice hotel. We chose it for the Train Station proximity, 3 min o m foot, as we had a plane leaving early the second day. The rooms are nice and clean , beds are comfy. The neighborhood is a bit rough , but the location is great, 20 min on foot from the Zeil and all the shops restaurants etc. I would definetly stay again.

From the very beginning, the staff was super attentive, answering all my doubts and actually being able to change my dates last minute due to a national strike in German airports. They answered faster and more efficiently than the booking.com platform. Also, the location was within walking distance of the centre, full of all kinds of food service and the train station. I would highly recommend this place due to its location, features and spotless cleaning, besides service.
