The location was great, very close to the Elbe. When you step out of the hotel, you can see the Elbe. The neighborhood felt very safe. There was a bakery and supermarket right across the street. Many tasty restaurants and cafes are in the neighborhood. The UBahn was very close. Although the elevator is small, it held the 2 of us. The next time I travel to Hamburg, I will stay here again.

The best thing at the hotel, of everything, is the personnel. The receptionists who I’ve encountered belong here, at the 5 star hotel. Their personality is perfect for this job. It’s like in the movies. Their service exceptional. Apart from this, the beds are NEXT level when it comes to comfort. Will return here next time I’m in Hamburg again. Thank you for having me!
