I came in from a long trip, so it really mattered that the bed was so comfortable. The building is a bit older, in a good way, it gives off that old, luxury hotel feeling. The staff was very kind and helpful. The included breakfast is really great, a pretty wide variety of food to choose from. Will always visit again.

Room was very clean, hotel was very clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Great central location, close to trains and buses, said walk to the Alster - yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Instead of a mini-bar, there was a separate room offering cold drinks, snacks - at very reasonable prices, which was great. Continental breakfast; fresh cheeses, meats, smoked salmon, pastries, etc. Good value for money. Very comfortable stay, would definitely stay there again.
