Everything was very good: warm and clean room, comfortable double bed with 2 pilots (which for us was a plus). From the location there are very good connections with public transport, to all important objectives in Hamburg. We will definitely recommend this accommodation.

The location is very quiet and conveniently close to the bus stop, metro station, and Edeka supermarket. The check-in and check-out process was handled swiftly and entirely digitally on my phone—there was no need to visit the reception desk. Clean hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. 5 min drive from the airport and local to the Sportshalle for the concert we attended. The park just over the road is a beautiful place to go for a walk, and there are decent connections into the city.
