The building was amazing! Everything was very clean and organized, simplified. The staff were super kind! They helped us a lot, and always with a good attitude. Shams, one of the staff, he was amazing! He is so kind and helpful. The breakfast is very complete, we had an amazing staying there.

Nice location, staff couldn't do more for you, they were so nice and friendly and respectful. The location couldn't have been handier, so close to the RNV Volkshochschule stop. Really enjoyed the stay.

Thimo at the reception has been most helpful by lending a hand to get my luggage to level 2 and down on check out day as there is no lift in the hotel. The room is big and huge and aircon works very well. Only one nees channel in English working namely Skynews. Breakfast is great served by Martha. Sufficient range of food offered. Lots of tram and buses to city just outaide of hotel- very centràl and close to the Neckar river where you xan walk to the old Castle for abpit half hour. Them there is Thimo's friendly dog Poppy who is friendly at the reception area when i checked in.
