The location was great in the center of the town, few steps from the old town. The breakfast was rich and very good for the asking price. The rooms were large, modern and really comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was spacious and included a fold-out sofa, which was perfect for our child. It was also very quiet, ensuring a restful night. While breakfast was an additional cost, it was delicious and well worth it. The hotel’s parking garage easily accommodated larger vehicles, which made traveling much more convenient. We brought our dog along, and the room had plenty of space for her to feel comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience that made our trip both easy and enjoyable!

Very spacious room! Probably the most spacious I’ve seen in Germany. This hotel was above our expectations! Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very kind! Only 16 min walk from Hbf and bus and training station are also close. There are shops around and you can reach old town with multiple ways. Definitely worth the money!

Thimo at the reception has been most helpful by lending a hand to get my luggage to level 2 and down on check out day as there is no lift in the hotel. The room is big and huge and aircon works very well. Only one nees channel in English working namely Skynews. Breakfast is great served by Martha. Sufficient range of food offered. Lots of tram and buses to city just outaide of hotel- very centràl and close to the Neckar river where you xan walk to the old Castle for abpit half hour. Them there is Thimo's friendly dog Poppy who is friendly at the reception area when i checked in.

The first time I stayed in this hotel (used to be called Hotel Neckar) was in 1989 and then in 2008. The hotel underwent major renovations and a new name “Panorama Hotel”. Whenever I visit Heidelberg, I think of this hotel and unfortunately find it fully booked. This time I stayed in room 206 with river view. The room is smallish but it is OK for a single occupancy. The breakfast (as stated on their website as Exceptional) is in fact Excellent German and International style, (very, very, Exceptional). I rate this hotel with a score of 10+++.

These attractively equipped studio apartments are set in the heart of Heidelberg, just a short walk from the historic town centre, university, Stadthalle congress centre, and railway station.
