Super great staff, very welcoming, friendly and sincere! The location is just great! Lovely clean, comfortable rooms with a comfortable bed! I would like to say separately about breakfasts, incredibly tasty, everything is fresh. On the next visit to the city, we will stop only at the pressed hotel. Recommendations 100 percent!!!

Lovely B&B Type Hotel, run by a friendly owner. Located in very quiet neighboorhood, but close enough to the center. Breakfast was an additional fee (10 Euro / Person) but well worth it. Served high quality ham, cheeze, fruits, etc. as self-service. And... The owner cooks egg, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee by your request. Not recommended for party lovers, but if you like to enjoy the quiet lovely "moment" during your stay, HIGHLY recommended! Would love to return to this hotel!

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Everything is perfect here. It is indeed the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in Germany. It's service is superb and beyond words, from valet parking, to reception, to luggage carrying to the room. They made you feel being treated like they really care about you. It's a great hotel you must stay when you visit Heidelberg.
