Best of Best Hotel in Heidelberg. Best Location.Best Service.Best Breakfast. Unique Hotel. If you think normal luxury Hotel service ? No way. It's a kind of residence Hotel of luxury. Interior Design amazing. Do not expect room services.This Hotel is for long term residence. Reception is open 8 am to 8 pm only. But... Walking 10~15 minutes, everything near. Not much noise. I got deep sleep and wake up. I got new energy in here. I was stayed room 23. 7 nights. Actually 3 nights reservations but I don't want to move other place. So I just staying 7 nights. In my room has samsung laundry machine. There is River Cafe, Foods, Price, Service & Location wonderful. Just walking 10 minutes. Right side of this Hotel. Last week Koln Messe for business. This week for Holidays. Tomorrow I will move to seoul for golf. I m leaving Los Angeles CA. I will be back soon. Next time I will bring my golf Club.

My stay in Berger Hotel was good, I would point out the staff’s kindness and readinness to help. The Hotel is located in a very intimate neigbourhood surrounded by other villas. I would also recommen their breakfast with many delicious options and extra fast and nice service.

Location is in the old town , next to the cable car station , it is easy for traveller go to surrounding sightseeing area. Kitchen and free breakfast are great. The washroom and bathroom are clean. WiFi is good, staff are very helpful and nice. Highly recommend this !!!!!

This is the most amazing hotel and the most attentive and well managed staff I have ever had the privilege of staying at and being served by. My daughter joined us for breakfast and I had just mentioned in passing that it was her birthday. Without any arranging by me, they brought her a birthday surprise at breakfast.
