What a great find. I was in Karlsruhe unexpectedly and just needed a place to stay. I didn’t do much research but in this occasion I totally lucked out. What a great hotel central, modern, comfortable and clean. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of nights here and I would definitely recommend. I also thought it was great value. I loved the way the elevator doors open directly onto the street - it’s so cool 😎.

All was just impeccable, from check-in (very modern possibility to check-in without contact only by your reservation number - very easy process!) to check-out (that time by a very friendly and polite staff member).
