We truly enjoed our stay in the hotel. The check-in process was super easy and flexible, we liked that we did not need to wait on the reception and the instructure was very straightforward. The room was clean, small but cosy. We found fascinating how smartly the hotel built the rooms and organised the space. The public areas were very cosy too with some small activities. Last but not least, the location is a pearl, the centered position and therefore it was easy to access the main visiting points in the center.
We highly recommend the hotel!

Very warm welcome, very nice rooms and ambience.
The reception process was awesome: I was welcomed with a bright smile, felt immediately “at home”.
As an visibly non-binary person I especially liked the fact that no personnel (reception, bar) ever had any problems with gendering (or in this case: not gendering me at all). It always feels very special to get the feeling that the person on the side uses non-gendered language just naturally, just as default without any problems.
I arrived on May 29th, 15:30. to the person at the reception at that time who welcomed me: THANK YOU for your kindness. You are an awesome person.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel. Staff everywhere were helpful and very courteous. The breakfast was very rich with a great assortment and delicious choices, even some freshly pressed ginger.I used the sauna area which is wonderful and relaxing.
